Meet the team
Xeni W. (She/Her)
Founder / Educator / Master Colourist
Curl Specialist / Surface Hair Art Team
With over 20 years behind the chair, Xeni’s work is driven by a love of shape, texture, and detail. Before her career in hair, she also trained in massage and aromatherapy — a foundation that deeply informs her holistic approach to scalp and hair care today.
She believes that how you feel in the chair is just as important as how you look when you leave it. From curls and vivid tones to effortless naturals and sharp fades, her work balances science, style, and soul — always rooted in care and connection.
Xeni offers independent education in advanced curl and colour techniques, with seminars available for your salon’s professional development.

Jaye B. (She/Her)
Seasoned Hair Extensionist
& Novice Colourist
Jaye’s journey began with her own experience navigating extensions with naturally curly hair. After years of relying on excessive heat to blend straight extensions with her natural texture, Jaye developed a strong belief that extensions should be designed to work in harmony with the hair, never the other way around.
With multiple Certifications in customizable K-tip extensions, Jaye specializes in creating bespoke results through thoughtful matching of texture, colour, and density. At the heart of her approach is a commitment to hair health, protecting the integrity of the natural hair is always a top priority.
Alongside her extension work, Jaye is also a novice colourist, continuing to refine her craft and expand her expertise in the art of hair colour.
